Are you considering becoming an It Works Distributor? Here are some simple Q&A's

1. How you make money: Wrapping people, selling wraps and other products, enrolling distributors (bonus plus % of their sales and % of the sales of distributors they sign),  and your upline placing sales, customers and distributors under you to get their own promotions. You can choose to only enroll customers, only enroll distributors or both if you like! We pay $15 each single wrap and sell them $25-$35.  Everything else is done by order forms/website.
2. How you market your business: Passing out postcards, booking parties, expos, word of mouth, facebook and other social networks, going to salons and wrapping the manager/owner, talking to everyone about it, wearing it works pins or t-shirt, hanging flyers and looking fabulous yourself is the best advertisement of all! You can market your business most any way you like!
3. Can it be done from home?: Yes!
4. Start up cost: $99 which comes with 4 wraps so you make your money back selling for $25-35 each. A lot of people have their wraps pre-sold to friends and family before they even come.  Plus if you enroll 4 loyal customers in your first 30 days you get 8 free wraps!
5. Are there minimum sales/other costs: If you want a website to sell online it is $20 per month, your first month is free with your kit. For bonuses (including our $10,000 GOOD Bonus, wrap rewards which are discounted wraps, and the 8 free) you must have an autoshipment of about $80-$110 set up. This is products automatically sent to you monthly that you want to sell or use yourself. $110 is the cost for an 8 wrap pack so you make at least $200 off of that. You can change products and your shipping dates easily month to month. If you would rather you can have sales of about $150 to qualify you for commissions but not bonuses. If your autoshipment is set up then you have no minimum sales for commissions or bonuses.
6. Am I required to pay for autoshipment even if I quit?: No, you can cancel and restart them with no fee. You have rights to see for a year regardless of website or autoship status. Canceling is not suggested because you never know when you are going to get a distributor to sign and get a $100 bonus! It may be too late to restart to get you’re bonus (end of the month, weekend).
7. How much time is required to put into my business?: Commitment is the key. The CEO of the company talks about how he didn’t start succeeding until he committed to one day a week for his business and it took off from there. That was not reasonable for my lifestyle so I committed to at leasat 15 minutes a day.
8. How much is the income potential? How quickly do promotions happen? The average income of the highest promotion is $31,000 per month! That is probably as much as you make in a year! My upline hit her first promotion (executive) after 22 days working only up to an hour a day, she hit ruby pay level ($599) in month 2,  her upline hit double diamond (working only part time, average income $6,000 per month) in 5 months, her upline hit presidential diamond in only 8 months (only part time to start, average income $16,ooo per month ).
9. What happens if I change my mind?: You have 30 days to return your Distributors kit for a refund minus shipping charges and 10% restocking fee as long it is in sellable condition (put all the papers back nice, don’t open the wraps). In the meantime I will add you to a fabulous distributors group on facebook so that you can see all the ups and downs of the business for yourself. If it is past the 30 days or you have opened the wraps you can cancel your autoship and website and will have no additional charges or fees.
10. Do I have to keep products in stock?: Just single wraps. Your distributor kit comes with 4 to start and you can earn 8 more free in your first month. Some distributors keep some in stock for parties, others do not. Apart from single wraps everything else is ordered through order forms and/or your website.
11. Can I sell out of my business?: If the nature of your business is to set appointments yes, or if you are willing to set wrap appointments.  Salons do really well with It Works!
12. Can I join for free somehow? No, but you can pre-sell the wraps you will be ordering to cover the start up cost! Show your friends and family before and after pictures and I am sure they will be willing to help you out!
13. It sounds complicated and scary: Don’t worry I will be there to help you and so will a whole team in the facebook support group! We will even get you started with pictures to show people.
14. What’s the easiest way to get started?: Throw a launch party! Invite all your friends and family over to try it and be excited about the product! Most people get their first 4 Loyal Customers (to get the free wraps) from this or from other parties booked from it. Also people can order through your website from day 1 of signing so post some pictures on facebook letting people know you have started with It Works!
15. I’m already a loyal customer can I join your team?: Yes, just sign up then let customer service you joined and they will cancel your loyal customer account with no fee if it is still in your 3 month commitment.

17. What is the worst that can happen?: You return your kit unused in 30 days to get your money back or you decide to forget it after that and you get to use the wraps yourself.
