Bikini Blaster!!!


It is all about the new Essential weight loss energy bar.

So here's the official plan from Fit Coach and Essential formulator Carla Burns R.N.

This was done in clinical studies, but as always you should consult your doctor before starting any new diet or exercise program.


Meal 1 1 bar 1 scoop protein powder in 1/2cup frozen berries, 2 scoops greens

Meal 2 1 bar

Meal 3 1 bar 1 salad with chicken/salmon or lean steak

Meal 4 1 bar 1 scoop protein powder in water/iced coffee if you want

Meal 5 protein, green veggie as much as you want

Meal 6 1 cup cottage cheese or a greek yogurt
exercise 30-45 min/day


Don't keep this up for more than 2 weeks
