Tips When Wrapping!!!

- Wrap immediately after you shower. opens up your pores to better absorb the gel DO NOT USE SOAP, SHOWER GEL, BODY WASH, ETC. The idea is to open the pores only.

-Dry brush the area you are going to wrap, it activates all the lymph nodes and helps with the detox process

-Be sure you measure before you wrap. use a sharpie to mark when you measured so you remeasure the same spot afterwards. DO NOT put any lotion of any kind on before wrapping. You MAY apply the Defining Gel prior to wrapping.I suggest taking before & after pics as well. You DO NOT have to share these photos with anyone, but sometimes its hard for us to see a real change until we see them side by side.

- Use saran wrap to hold the wrap in place. yes it will feel awkward, thats ok. It needs to be tight enough to hold the wrap in place, but not so tight you cant breathe or are sweating from it. (some people wear spandex, spanks, or use a postpartum wrap to hold ultimate body applicator in place)

-Wear your wrap for 45 minutes up to 8 hours. you may sleep in your wrap or do any other normal activity, as long as you DONT SWEAT. sweating will expell the formula from your body.

- Drink lots of water while wrapping, as well as up to 72 hours after removing the wrap. since it works as a detox, the water will help to flush out your toxins and increase your results. Coffee, soda, and nicotine are TOXINS which will prevent your wrap from working. SO, if you use these things while wrapped or in the 72 hours following, you may not experience the best results possible!

- Measure immediately after removing the wrap, 24 hours later, 48 hours later and 72 hours later. your results will continue to process during this time.

-Rub in any left over gel. DONT WIPE IT OFF. i get all the left over gel from the wrap and rub it on.

-DONT SHOWER for at least 4 hours after removing a wrap.

-You can wrap every 4 days. Wrapping before that or back to back will be basically like wasting a wrap.

Good luck :)
