What's all this fuss about Greens?

Did you know that most people’s bodies are acidic, making them a feeding ground for sickness and disease? Foods that are high in sugar and high in fat—such as that fast food meal you had for lunch the other day, that handful of chips, or sugary treat from your last late-night craving—lead to an acidic body. Stress, pollutants in the air we breathe and the water we drink, along with other environmental factors also contribute to acidity.

Make it a goal to keep your body in a pH-balanced state. In order to combat acidity, your body needs to become more alkaline—and that’s exactly what Greens helps with.

Greens is designed to help balance the pH of your body and detoxify with its all natural, whole food ingredients. As Dr. Don VerHulst, It Works’ Health Consultant, puts it, “Greens will create your body as a garden of health.” And who doesn’t want that?

As you can see from the chatter on Facebook, everyone agrees that they can’t go a day without their Greens. What they don’t agree on, is how to take them! And that’s the fun part: You can take it straight, mix it with water, stir it in with some juice, or our personal favorite, blend it up into a Strawberry Greens Smoothie!

Try it for yourself using the recipe below, or come up with your own signature Greens drink! It doesn’t matter how you take it, as long as you take it every day for a more healthy, balanced, detoxified you. Bottoms up!
